If you know anything about Midwestern living, you might be familiar with the use of hay and hay balers.
Hay is a mixture of various grasses and legumes that are dried, cut and stored to feed animals or provide warmth for them. The baler is the piece of machinery that compresses and binds it for easier use.
Balers are also used in recycling facilities to bind plastic, cardboard, or paper.
